PITRASO is a product and service from Pivot Travel Solutions Limited, a company registered under the laws of Kenya. We are a player in the travel industry, duly recognized and licensed by the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA). We are also accredited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). We are also an active member of the Kenya Association of Travel Agents (KATA)
As our corporate name suggests, we see ourselves as solution providers. We are an online travel agency that provides upstream travel products and services to other travel agents, as well as for-profit and non-profit organizations. We have dared to dream and are remodeling the way travel is booked and arranged in this part of the world. In industry parlance, we are consolidators, or what may be viewed as travel product wholesalers.
By making our products and services available online, we have given travel trade intermediaries a reason to focus their efforts on forward-facing marketing and sales activities while we handle back-office operations. We have also lifted the veil and removed the opaqueness previously associated with travel arrangements by offering our products and services online, ensuring that corporate customers have full visibility of available flight and hotel options, as well as visibility of costs.
